FAQ
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. We accept cash on delivery, UPI and all major cards.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes, free on every order. Write it in the cart and we print it on a card inside the box. Tick "hide prices" if the order is going straight to someone else.
Can you customise a candle for me?
Yes. Tell us the colour, name or design you have in mind on WhatsApp and we will confirm the price and time before we start. For 25 or more gifts with your logo, see Corporate gifting.
Can I get a custom fragrance?
Yes. Message us the scent you want and we will tell you if we can blend it, and how long it will take.
What wax do you use?
We pour with [WAX] wax and cotton wicks. Full ingredients are listed on each product page.
How do I make my candle last longer?
Let it burn for 2 to 3 hours the first time so the wax melts to the edge. Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each light, and keep it away from fans and open windows.
Are the candles packed to survive shipping?
Every jar is boxed with protective inserts and checked before dispatch. If anything arrives broken, send us a photo within 48 hours and we replace it.
